As a real estate investor I own property in different markets around the country. I was looking to buy a house in the Northwest US. I have never visited the city I was looking to buy in, but it is a fast growing area, so I wanted to get in to that market. I talked to a couple of local realtors, but did not feel comfortable about their understanding and knowledge of the local market. It is important that I have a comfort level with this person because I did not know the market and I would be flying cross county for the weekend to house hunt and put an offer on a place. I had contacted Dominique to help me find someone knowledgable that I can trust. She really took the time to understand what I needed in a realtor and matched me with someone after interviewing a handful of people. The person she put me in touch with was great to deal with and the experience was so positive that I went from thinking I was going to buy one house for a few hundred thousand to buying multiple houses for well over a million dollars.
